Dr. Rashbehari Tunga (CEO) founded Ameliorate after spending 20 years in successfully leading teams and products , as Principal Scientist and Head of the RnD divisions at reputed Biopharma and Diagnostic Companies. He is a firm believer of the saying, where there is a will, there is a way. With his M.Tech and PhD in Bioprocess Engineering from The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and Post doctoral studies from Osaka University, Japan, he is an Excellent mentor with stupendous problem solving Skills, thorough knowledge of Process development and Project management. An Able Leader who is very methodical in planning and calculative in risk management, Dr Tunga has to his credit Successfully launching Biosimilars and Diagnostics in Indian and Regulated markets.

Dr. Binita S. Tunga ( Co-Founder and CTO, Ameliorate) comes with excellent technical knowledge on protein characterisation, immunology and molecular biology gained through her doctorate training at The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and post doctoral studies at dept. of molecular Genetics, Osaka. For her, Quality means doing it right, when no one is watching. With over 12 years of Industrial Experience, Dr. Binita has to her credit building up and leading analytical and quality control teams in RnD and Quality divisions at Biopharmaceutical companies like Intas, Cadila and Strides pharma.

Pankaj worked with many reputed companies like HCL Limited, India Telecom Ltd, Atlas Telecom Ltd etc., Value First Media Ltd.. He has created Global Start-ups like Consilnet Inc. based out of Silicon Valley USA and recently Cellcast Interactive which he successfully exited.
